基于民族特色的"三融同频 双链共振"中医药人才培养模式创新与实践OA

民族医药是中国各少数民族在长期生活实践中防治疾病的手段,承载着丰富的民族文化基因与医疗智慧,但其发展面临资源流失、传承断层等问题.以贵州健康职业学院中医药人才培养为研究对象,通过剖析问题,重构课程体系、优化师资队伍、创新育人机制,建设实践平台,构建形成具有民族特色的"三融同频 双链共振"的中医药人才培养模式,助推民族医药传承保护与创新发展,为高职院校中医药人才培养提供可借鉴的实践方案.
Ethnic medicine is a means by which various ethnic minority groups have prevented and treated diseases through long-term life practices.It carries rich ethnic cultural genes and medical wisdom,yet its development faces problems such as resource loss and discontinuity in inheritance.Taking the cultivation of TCM talents at Guizhou Health Vocational College as the research object,this study analyzes existing problems and reconstructs the curriculum system,optimizes the teaching staff,innovates the education mechanism,and builds practical training platforms.On this basis,it develops a TCM talent cultivation model with ethnic characteristics,featuring"threefold integration in synchronization and dual-chain resonance."This model helps promote the inheritance,protection,innovative development of ethnic medicine,and provides a practical reference for the cultivation of TCM talents in higher vocational colleges.
