中国特色高水平高职院校校长的专业资本分析OA

Presidents of higher vocational colleges are key actors in the construction of high-level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics.Their professional capital structure directly affects institutional governance effectiveness,the depth of industry-education integration,and the capacity to serve regional development.Based on professional capital theory,this study analyzes the curriculum vitae of presidents from the first batch of 56 high-level school construction units under China's double-high plan.The findings reveal that:the president group has achieved notable improvement in human capital,evidenced by relatively high educational attainment,a high proportion of senior professional titles,growing academic output,and strengthened awareness of vocational education research;social capital shows a certain degree of industry adaptability,including provincial appointment,engineering background,and on-campus governance experience help respond to local industrial demands,yet enterprise experience,industry association engagement,and cross-sector resource integration remain insufficient;decisional capital is constrained by limited international experience,with a low proportion of overseas visiting study or degree pursuit,which undermines presidents'professional judgment on global vocational education trends and open-running strategies.To advance high-quality vocational education,it is necessary to further refine the selection and training mechanisms for higher vocational college presidents,strengthening requirements for vocational education type characteristics and industrial practice experience;expand the four-dimensional"government-college-enterprise-industry"social network to enhance presidents'cross-sector resource integration capacity;and strengthen internationalization awareness and open governance capacity,promoting the systemic upgrading of presidential professional capital beyond individual accumulation.
