深度学习视域下职教专硕培养的价值功能、现实困境与实践路径OA

职业技术教育专业硕士研究生培养兼具专业学位研究生教育、教师教育和高层次职业教育的多重属性,是提升职业教育教师队伍质量、服务职业教育高质量发展的重要途径.深度学习视域下"职教专硕"培养的价值功能主要体现为:理论学习从单一知识获得走向多学科素养生成,技能实践从教学技能训练走向真实情境迁移,策略转化从理实割裂走向知行贯通.当前,"职教专硕"培养仍面临培养定位偏移、课程结构割裂、教学情境薄弱和实践机制虚化等现实困境.为提升职教专硕培养质量,应明确"职教兼修"培养定位,强化专业学位教育的类型属性;重构"理论—策略—实践"课程体系,促进学习过程深度贯通;推进职业教育案例教学,增强理论理解与实践判断能力;完善"三习一训"实践机制,提升真实情境中的能力迁移水平;健全多主体协同保障体系,形成培养质量持续改进机制.

The cultivation of professional master's students in vocational and technical education has multiple attributes,involving professional degree graduate education,teacher education,and high-level vocational education.It is an important approach to improving the quality of vocational education teachers and supporting the high-quality development of vocational education.From the perspective of deep learning,the value functions of cultivating professional master's students in vocational and technical education are mainly reflected in three shifts:theoretical learning moves from the acquisition of single-subject knowledge to the generation of multidisciplinary literacy;skill practice moves from teaching skill training to transfer in authentic contexts;and strategy transformation moves from the separation of theory and practice to the integration of knowing and doing.At present,the cultivation of professional master's students in vocational and technical education still faces several realistic dilemmas,including deviation in cultivation orientation,fragmentation of curriculum structure,weak teaching contexts,and formalization of practical mechanisms.To improve the cultivation quality,it is necessary to clarify the cultivation orientation of"integrating vocational education and teacher education",strengthen the type-specific attributes of professional degree education,reconstruct a"theory-strategy-practice"curriculum system,promote deep integration in the learning process,advance case-based teaching in vocational education,enhance students'theoretical understanding and practical judgment,improve the"observation-practice-inquiry-training"practical mechanism,strengthen students'ability transfer in authentic contexts,and establish a multi-stakeholder collaborative support system to form a continuous improvement mechanism for cultivation quality.
