CICARE流程化沟通及护理在门诊抽血患者中的应用OA

Objective To investigate the application effect of the Connect,Introduce,Communicate,Ask,Respond,and Exit(CICARE)process-oriented communication model in the nursing of outpatients undergoing blood draws.Methods One hundred patients who underwent blood draws in the Outpatient Department of Liuzhou People's Hospital from January 2024 to September 2025 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups of 50 patients each using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing and communication,while the observation group additionally received CICARE process-oriented communication and nursing.The incidence of needle phobia and other related events during the blood collection process were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed lower incidence rates of needle phobia,coagulation,hemolysis,and disputes compared with the control group(P<0.05).At 5 min after blood collection,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter waiting time for blood draws,dressing changes,and injections than the control group(P<0.05).The total cooperation level of blood draws and puncture success rate were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CICARE process-oriented communication model demonstrates significant effectiveness in outpatient blood collection,effectively alleviating the anxiety of patients,reducing the incidence of needle phobia and procedure-related complications,significantly shorten the waiting time,and improving the patient cooperation and procedural success rate.
