循证风险分级预警联合集束化护理对机采血小板捐献者舒适度及献血不良反应的影响OA

Objective To explore the impact of early warning of evidence-based risk grading combined with cluster nursing on the comfort level and adverse donation reactions among apheresis platelet donors.Methods A total of 500 apheresis platelet donors between April 2024 and March 2025 were enrolled from Wuxi Blood Center.According to the collection order,the donors were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 250 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,while the observation group carried out early warning of evidence-based risk grading combined with cluster nursing in addition to the nursing provided to the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of psychological state(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale[SAS]and Self-Rating Depression Scale[SDS]scores),comfort level,risk perception,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse donation reactions.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores for all dimensions of risk perception and all indicators of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse donation reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During apheresis platelet donation,the early warning of evidence-based risk grading combined with cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of donation reactions,improve donors'comfort,and thereby enhance their donation willingness and enthusiasm.
