规范化护理结合耳穴压豆、揿针治疗对混合痔外剥内扎术后疼痛的效果OA
Effect of normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy on postoperative pain of patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids
目的 探析规范化疼痛护理结合耳穴压豆、揿针治疗在混合痔外剥内扎术患者中的实施价值.方法 选取2025 年 2～8 月福州市中医院收治的 70 例混合痔外剥内扎术患者进行研究,以随机单双号数字法将其分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35).对照组予以常规护理,观察组采用规范化疼痛护理结合耳穴压豆、揿针治疗.比较 2 组的疼痛程度、创面愈合情况、肛门功能.结果 术后 1、3、5、7 d,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于对照组(P 均<0.05).术后 7 d,观察组的创面水肿评分低于对照组,肉芽组织生长评分高于对照组(P 均<0.05).术后1 个月,观察组的肛管高压带长度短于对照组,肛管静息压高于对照组(P 均<0.05).结论 规范化疼痛护理结合耳穴压豆、揿针治疗对混合痔外剥内扎术后患者疼痛减轻、创面愈合、肛门功能改善等均可产生积极影响.
Objective To explore the implementation value of normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy in patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent external stripping and internal ligation at Fuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February to August 2025 were selected.They were divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35)using a random odd-even number method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy.The pain degree,wound healing status,and anal function between the two groups were compared.Results On the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after operation,the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Seven days after operation,the wound edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the granulation tissue growth score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the length of the anal high-pressure zone in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the resting anal pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of normalized pain care combined with auricular point pressure with beans and thumbtack needle therapy has a positive effect on pain relief,wound healing,and improvement of anal function in patients undergoing external stripping and internal ligation for mixed hemorrhoids.
