基于治未病思想的中西医结合护理模式在冠心病患者二级预防中的应用OA

Objective To explore the application value of an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing model guided by the concept of preventive treatment of disease in the secondary prevention of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods This study enrolled 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shihezi University between January 2023 and December 2025.Using a random number table,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group,each comprising 60 patients.The control group received a conventional nursing model,while the observation group received an integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing model based on the concept of preventive treatment of disease.A comparison was made between the two groups regarding clinical symptoms,cardiac function,exercise tolerance,knowledge of secondary prevention,and self-management behaviors.Results Following nursing intervention,the clinical symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the Coronary Heart Disease Self-Management Scale(CSMS)score,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),cardiac index(CI),6-min walk test(6MWT)level,and knowledge level of secondary prevention were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A nursing model of integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine based on the concept of preventive treatment of disease has demonstrated significant efficacy in the secondary prevention of coronary heart disease.It effectively improves the cardiac function of patients and enhances their knowledge of secondary prevention and self-management behaviors.
