基于孟河医派"和法缓治"思想的归元罐法在腰痛病康复护理中的应用研究OA
Applied research on Guiyuan cupping therapy based on the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School in rehabilitation nursing for lumbago
目的 探讨基于孟河医派"和法缓治"思想的归元罐法对腰痛病患者的康复护理效果.方法 本研究为前瞻性研究.选取 2024 年7 月至2025 年6 月常州市中医医院收治的200 例辨证为本虚标实证的腰痛病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各 100 例.在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以平衡罐法治疗,观察组采用基于孟河医派"和法缓治"思想的归元罐法治疗,以 7 d 为 1 个疗程,共 2 个疗程.比较 2 组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)腰痛评分、Oswestry 功能障碍指数(ODI)、腰椎活动度、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分的变化.结果 治疗 7 d 和 14 d 后,观察组 VAS 评分、ODI 均低于对照组,JOA 腰痛评分高于对照组(P 均<0.05),且观察组腰椎前屈度、后伸度、侧屈度、旋转度均大于对照组,SF-36 评分高于对照组(P 均<0.05).结论 基于孟河医派"和法缓治"思想的归元罐法可提高腰痛病患者的康复护理效果.
Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing effects of Guiyuan cupping therapy based on the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School in patients with lumbago.Methods This study was a prospective study.A total of 200 patients with lumbago diagnosed as pattern of root deficiency and branch excess from July 2024 to June 2025 at Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with the balanced cupping method,while the observation group received Guiyuan cupping therapy guided by the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School.One course of treatment was 7 days,and all the patients received 2 courses in total.The changes of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),lumbar range of motion,and 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the VAS score and ODI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the JOA score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lumbar flexion degree,extension degree,lateral flexion degree and rotation degree in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the SF-36 score was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Guiyuan cupping therapy based on the concept of"harmonizing and mild therapeutic method"of Menghe Medical School can improve rehabilitation efficacy of patients with lumbago.
