基于精益理念的供应链物流管理模式在手术室高值耗材闭环管理中应用的研究进展OA

Objective The management quality of high-value consumables in the operating room is directly related to medical safety,hospital operation efficiency and cost control.The traditional extensive management model has problems such as inventory backlog,difficulty in tracing information,serious waste,and high costs.With the deepening of medical reform and the popularization of lean management concept,the supply processing distribution(SPD)model,as an innovative in-hospital logistics management system,has been introduced into the management of high-value consumables in operating rooms and deeply integrated with lean concept,aiming to build an efficient,accurate,transparent,and traceable closed-loop management system.This article reviewed the research progress on the application of SPD model based on lean concept in closed-loop management of high-value consumables in operating rooms in recent years.It analyzed its core architecture,implementation path,application effectiveness,challenges faced,and future development direction,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for optimizing the management of operating room consumables in medical institutions.
