前馈控制理念联合5A护理在重症脑出血术后患者中的应用效果OA

Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control concept combined with 5A nursing in postoperative patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 98 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from April 2023 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(49 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(49 cases)received feedforward control concept combined with 5A nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of rebleeding in the two groups was compared,as well as the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS),Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA),Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL),and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)scores before and after the intervention.The incidence of complications in the two groups was counted.Results The incidence of rebleeding and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of intervention,the GCS score and all dimensional scores of ESCA,SS-QOL,and FMA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores in both groups were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of feedforward control concept and 5A nursing has a significant effect on postoperative patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage,which can improve their self-care ability and quality of life,improve coma status and motor function,and reduce rebleeding and complications.
