希望理论导向的叙事护理对抑郁症恢复期患者病耻感及康复进程的影响OA
Impact of narrative nursing guided by hope theory on stigma and recovery progress of patients in the recovery phase of depression
目的 探讨希望理论导向的叙事护理对抑郁症恢复期患者病耻感及康复进程的影响.方法 以 2023 年 10月至 2025 年 10 月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的 96 例抑郁症恢复期患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各 48 例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受希望理论导向的叙事护理.比较 2 组病耻感情感体验量表(SRF)、病耻感应对量表(COR)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、Herth 希望指数量表(HHI)、康复进程评定量表(RPRS)、复发率和再住院率.结果 干预 7d、1 个月、干预 3 个月时,观察组的 HAMD、COR、SRF 评分均低于对照组(P 均<0.05).干预 3 个月,观察组的 HHI 评分高于对照组(P<0.05).干预 3 个月,观察组的RPRS 评分高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的复发率和再住院率均低于对照组(P 均<0.05).结论 以希望理论为指导的叙事护理能有效降低抑郁症恢复期患者的病耻感水平,提升患者的希望水平,减轻抑郁症状,降低复发率和再住院率.
Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing guided by hope theory on the stigma and recovery progress among patients in the recovery phase of depression.Methods A total of 96 patients in the recovery phase of depression admitted to 907 Hospital of the PLA Joint Logistics Support Force from October 2023 to October 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were allocated into an observation group and a control group via a random number table,each comprising 48 patients.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received narrative nursing guided by hope theory.The two groups were compared using the scores of the Stigma-Related Feeling Scale(SRF),Coping-Orientation Scale(COR),Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Herth Hope Index(HHI),and Recovery Progress Rating Scale(RPRS),as well as the recurrence and readmission rates.Results After 7 days,1 month,and 3 months of intervention,the HAMD,COR,and SRF scores in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the HHI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the RPRS score in the observation group was also higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and readmission rate of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing guided by hope theory can effectively reduce the level of stigma among patients in the recovery phase of depression,enhance their hope level,alleviate their depressive symptoms,and lower the recurrence and readmission rates.
