健康老龄化视域下全链式"管家式"护理对老年患者护理质量及焦虑的影响OA
Impact of full-chain"concierge"nursing on the nursing quality and anxiety of elderly patients from the perspective of healthy aging
目的 探究健康老龄化视域下全链式"管家式"护理对老年患者护理质量及焦虑的影响.方法 选择盐城市第一人民医院于2022 年4 月至2025 年3 月收治的146 例老年患者作为研究对象.将146 例老年患者按1∶1比例随机分配为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(行健康老龄化视域下全链式"管家式"护理),每组 73 例.对照组、观察组分别有 3 例、2 例病例脱落,最终对照组病例数为 70 例,观察组病例数为 71 例.比较 2 组的护理质量、生活质量、焦虑情况、不良事件总发生率.结果 观察组的护理质量及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P 均<0.05).护理后,2 组焦虑评分均较护理前降低(P 均<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 健康老龄化视域下全链式"管家式"护理能够提升老年患者的护理质量及生活质量,减轻焦虑程度,并能够降低不良事件发生率.
Objective To explore the impact of full-chain"concierge"nursing on the quality of nursing and anxiety of elderly patients from the perspective of healthy aging.Methods A total of 146 elderly patients admitted to Yancheng No.1 People's Hospital from April 2022 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.These 146 elderly patients were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving full-chain"concierge"nursing)at a ratio of 1:1,with 73 cases in each group.Three cases in the control group and two cases in the observation group dropped out,respectively.Eventually,the number of cases in the control group was 70,and the number of cases in the observation group was 71.The nursing quality,quality of life,anxiety status,and overall incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the anxiety scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and the anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The full-chain"concierge"nursing from the perspective of healthy aging can improve nursing quality and quality of life of elderly patients,reduce their anxiety levels,and lower the incidence of adverse events.
