"一病一品"护理模式联合规范化疼痛护理在癌痛患者中的应用OA

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the one-disease one-product nursing model combined with standardized pain nursing in patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 150 patients with cancer pain admitted to Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University between January 17,2024 and November 17,2025 were randomly assigned to either a control group or an observation group at a 1:1 ratio via a random number table.Each group contained 75 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the one-disease one-product nursing model combined with standardized pain nursing in addition to the nursing provided to the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing intervention.Results After 7,14,and 28 days of nursing,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both nursing satisfaction level and quality of life score were significantly higher in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The one-disease one-product nursing model combined with standardized pain nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with cancer pain and improve their quality of life in the short term.
