九宫格思维模式在人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎中的应用效果OA

Objective To investigate the application effect of nine-grid thinking model in the treatment of severe hepatitis using the artificial liver support system(ALSS).Methods A total of 110 patients with severe hepatitis who were admitted from January 2023 to December 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups of 55 each using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the nine-grid thinking model in addition to the nursing provided to the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of coagulation function(prothrombin activity[PTA]),liver function(total bilirubin[TBiL],alanine transaminase[ALT]),psychological state(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale[SAS],Self-Rating Depression Scale[SDS]),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the incidence of complications.Results At 7 and 14 days post-treatment,the PTA and CD-RISC scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and pre-treatment levels,while the levels of TBiL,ALT,SAS scores,SDS scores and PSQI scores were lower than those of the control group and pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nine-grid thinking model can effectively improve the coagulation function,liver function,and sleep quality of patients with severe hepatitis undergoing ALSS,alleviate negative emotions,enhance psychological resilience,and reduce the incidence of complications.
