中医情志疏导、穴位按摩联合同伴支持护理在突发性耳聋患者中的应用研究OA
Application research of traditional Chinese medicine emotional guidance and acupressure combined with peer support nursing in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss
目的 研究中医情志疏导、穴位按摩联合同伴支持在突发性耳聋(SSHL)患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2024 年 10 月至 2025 年 9 月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的 202 例 SSNHL 患者,对照组接受药物治疗联合常规护理,观察组接受中医情志疏导、穴位按摩联合同伴支持,比较 2 组干预前、干预 1 个月及干预 2 个月时眩晕、耳鸣及耳闷的发生情况、凝血功能[血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及纤维蛋白酶原(FIB)]、听力水平、生活质量评分(WHOQOL-BREF),比较2 组干预2 个月满意度.结果 干预1 个月及2 个月后,2 组眩晕、耳鸣及耳闷的持续时间均低于干预前(P 均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预 1 个月及 2 个月后,2 组 TT、PT 均高于干预前,FIB 均低于干预前(P 均<0.05),且观察组 TT、PT 均高于对照组,FIB 均低于对照组(P 均<0.05);干预 1 个月及 2个月后,2 组听阈值、耳聋评分均低于干预前(P 均<0.05),且观察组听阈值、耳聋评分均低于对照组(P 均<0.05);干预 1 个月及 2 个月后,2 组生活质量评分均高于干预前(P 均<0.05)且观察组均高于对照组(P 均<0.05);干预 2个月后,观察组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中医情志疏导、穴位按摩联合同伴支持用于 SSHL 可改善凝血功能,提高听力水平及生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional guidance,acupressure,and peer support nursing in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSHL).Methods A total of 202 patients with SSHL admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from October 2024 to September 2025 were selected.The control group received drug therapy combined with conventional nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional guidance and acupressure combined with peer support.The incidence of vertigo,tinnitus and ear fullness,coagulation function(thrombin time[TT],prothrombin time[PT],and fibrinogen[FIB]),hearing level,and score of World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)before intervention and at 1 and 2 months post-intervention were compared between the two groups.The satisfaction of the two groups at 2 months post-intervention was also compared.Results At 1 and 2 months post-intervention,the duration of vertigo,tinnitus,and ear fullness in both groups were significantly shorter than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 months post-intervention,the levels of TT and PT in both groups were higher than those before intervention,while the level of FIB was lower than that before intervention(P<0.05).The levels of TT and PT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the level of FIB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 months post-intervention,the hearing threshold and deafness score in both groups were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the hearing threshold and deafness score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 2 months post-intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 months post-intervention,the nursing satisfaction level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine emotional guidance and acupressure combined with peer support can effectively improve the coagulation function,hearing levels,and quality of life of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss.
