叙事护理联合雷火灸头部摆阵疗法在中青年卒中后疲劳的干预研究OA
Intervention study on narrative nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion head array therapy for post-stroke fatigue in young and middle-aged patients
目的 探讨叙事护理联合雷火灸头部摆阵疗法对中青年卒中后疲劳的干预效果.方法 选取 2024 年 8 月至2025 年 7 月收治的 126 例中青年卒中后疲劳患者.采用随机数字表法分为 2 组,每组 63 例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上接受叙事护理联合雷火灸头部摆阵疗法.比较 2 组疲劳严重程度(FSS)、个人疲劳强度(CIS)、中医证候积分、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表-24 项(HAMD-24)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中(NIHSS)、改良 Rankin(mRs)和脑卒中生活质量(SS-QOL)评分.结果 干预后2 周和3 个月,观察组的 FSS 评分、CIS 评分、气短乏力、心悸自汗证候积分、HAMD-24 评分、NIHSS 评分、mRs 评分均低于对照组,SAQ 评分和 SS-QOL评分均高于对照组(P 均<0.05).结论 叙事护理联合雷火灸头部摆阵疗法能够有效降低中青年卒中后疲劳患者的疲劳程度和疲劳相关中医证候积分,提高自我接纳程度和生活质量,改善负性情绪和神经功能.
Objective To explore the intervention effect of narrative nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion head array therapy on post-stroke fatigue in young and middle-aged patients.Methods A total of 126 young and middle-aged patients with post-stroke fatigue who were admitted from August 2024 to July 2025 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received narrative nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion head array therapy on the basis of the nursing giving to the control group.The scores of Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Checklist Individual Strength(CIS),traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,Self-Acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ),24-Item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD-24),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),modified Rankin scale(mRs),and Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale(SS-QOL)were compared between the two groups.Results At 2 weeks and 3 months after intervention,the FSS score,CIS score,syndrome scores of dyspnea and fatigue,palpitations and spontaneous sweating,HAMD-24 score,NIHSS score,and mRs score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,while the SAQ score and SS-QOL score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of narrative nursing combined with thunder-fire moxibustion head array therapy can effectively reduce the fatigue severity and fatigue-related traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of young and middle-aged patients with post-stroke fatigue,improve their self-acceptance and quality of life,and improve their negative emotions and neurological function as well.
