基于Cox健康行为互动模式的健康行为激活干预对肝硬化衰弱患者的影响OA

Objective To develop a health behavior activation intervention program based on the Cox interaction model of client health behavior for patients with frailty due to liver cirrhosis,and to evaluate its impact on frailty status,physical function,and self-management ability.Methods A total of 80 patients with frailty due to liver cirrhosis admitted to Rudong People's Hospital from January 2024 to September 2025 were enrolled and randomly assigned to a control group(n=40)and an intervention group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing for cirrhosis,while the intervention group received the Cox model-based health behavior activation intervention in addition to routine nursing,with an intervention period of 12 weeks.The frailty level(FRAIL scale),physical function indicators(grip strength and walking speed),and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in baseline indicators(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of intervention,the intervention group showed significantly lower FRAIL scores and higher grip strength,walking speed,and scores on all dimensions and the total score of self-management compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Cox model-based health behavior activation intervention can significantly improve frailty status,enhance physical function,and promote self-management ability in patients with frailty due to liver cirrhosis,thereby contributing to frailty reversal.This program is well-structured,feasible,and has potential for clinical application.
