基于失效模式与效应分析的喉镜检查全流程护理风险管理OA
Full-process nursing risk management for laryngoscopy based on failure mode and effects analysis
目的 运用失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)识别喉镜检查全流程护理中的潜在风险,并制定针对性的干预策略,以提升护理安全和质量.方法 回顾性收集 2023 年 1 月至 2024 年 12 月在张家港市第一人民医院接受喉镜检查的120 例患者的临床资料(实施前组),在 FMEA 实施 3 个月后,再回顾性收集 2025 年 6-12 月在本院接受喉镜检查的120例患者的临床资料(实施后组),评价2 组的护理效果.结果 与实施前相比,FMEA实施后不良反应发生率、检查中断率和黏膜损伤/出血事件发生率均降低,患者满意度评分更高(P 均<0.05).结论 基于 FMEA 理论的喉镜检查全流程护理风险管理模式可减少不良反应、检查中断以及黏膜损伤/出血事件的发生,提升患者满意度.
Objective To identify potential risks in the full-process nursing care of laryngoscopy using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis(FMEA)and to develop targeted intervention strategies for improving nursing safety and quality.Methods Clinical data of 120 patients who underwent laryngoscopy in Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were retrospectively collected(pre-implementation group).After a 3-month implementation period of FMEA,clinical data of another 120 patients who underwent laryngoscopy in the same hospital from June to December 2025 were retrospectively collected(post-implementation group).The nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the pre-implementation group,the post-implementation group showed significantly lower incidence rates of adverse reactions,procedure interruptions,and mucosal injury/bleeding events,as well as significantly higher patient satisfaction scores(P<0.05).Conclusion The full-process nursing risk management model for laryngoscopy based on FMEA can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,procedure interruptions,and mucosal injury/bleeding events,while also improving patient satisfaction.
