基于结构-过程-结果模型的精准护理对血液透析患者自我护理能力的影响OA

Objective To explore the impact of precision nursing based on the structure-process-outcome(SPO)model on the self-care ability and nutritional status of hemodialysis patients.Methods Seventy hemodialysis patients admitted to Kunshan Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Hospital from June 2023 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received precision nursing based on the SPO model.The two groups were compared in terms of scores on the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA),the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Kidney Disease Quality of Life Short Form(KDQOL-SF),as well as albumin(ALB)and prealbumin(PA)levels,and the incidence of complications.Results After 1 and 3 months of nursing care,the scores of ESCA,CD-RISC,and KDQOL-SF,as well as the levels of ALB and PA in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precision nursing based on the SPO model can effectively improve the self-care ability,psychological status,and nutritional status of hemodialysis patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
