专科化护理联合感知唤醒护理在颅脑外伤术后昏迷患者中的应用效果OA
Application effect of specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing in comatose patients after traumatic brain injury surgery
目的 探析专科化护理联合感知唤醒护理在颅脑外伤术后昏迷患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 9 月江苏省常熟市第二人民医院收治的 94 例颅脑外伤术后昏迷患者,按照简单随机数法分为 2 组,每组47 例.2 组均实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施专科化护理联合感知唤醒护理,比较干预效果.结果 观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).术后 1 周、2 周及 4 周,2 组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均有所降低(P 均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P 均<0.05).术后 4 周,2 组的生命质量测定量表(QOL-30)评分均有所提高(P 均<0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(P 均<0.05).术后 12 h,观察组的心率、收缩压、舒张压和血氧饱和度水平均较对照组更优(P 均<0.05).结论 对颅脑外伤术后昏迷患者实施专科化护理联合感知唤醒护理的效果显著,在预防并发症发生的同时,可改善神经功能,减轻应激反应,从而提升患者整体生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing in comatose patients after traumatic brain injury surgery.Methods A total of 94 comatose patients after traumatic brain injury admitted to the Changshu NO.2 People's Hospital from January 2021 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using the simple random number method,with 47 patients in each group.Both groups received routine nursing,while the observation group received specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing on this basis,and the intervention effects were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,2,and 4 weeks after surgery,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after surgery,the Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QOL-30)scores in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 12 h after surgery,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation levels in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized nursing combined with perception awakening nursing has a remarkable effect on comatose patients after traumatic brain injury surgery.It not only prevents the occurrence of complications but also improves neurological function,alleviate stress reactions,and thereby enhances the overall quality of life of the patients.
