基于临床路径的快速康复外科护理在行输尿管镜取石术老年患者围手术期的应用OA

Objective To investigate the application effects of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)-based fast track surgery(FTS)nursing in elderly patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy during the perioperative period.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients scheduled for ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy at Jiangbei branch,Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received CNP-based FTS nursing.Perioperative indicators,pain levels,renal function indicators,quality of life,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had earlier urinary catheter removal and out-of-bed mobilization,shorter length of hospital stay,and lower Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and total complication rates(P<0.05).At discharge,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and cystatin C in both groups were decreased compared to before intervention,while scores of the Chinese version of Wisconsin Stone Quality of Life Questionnaire(C-WISQOL)were increased compared to before intervention(P<0.05).The observation group showed significantly greater improvements than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CNP-based FTS nursing in elderly patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy can improve perioperative outcomes,enhance renal function and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and alleviate postoperative pain.
