Practice and application analysis of psychological nursing for hemodialysis patients guided by the PERMA model
目的 探究PERMA模式指导下血液透析患者心理护理的实践与应用分析.方法 选取东南大学附属中大医院自 2022 年 6 月至 2024 年 6 月期间收治的 98 例血液透析患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为常规组(采取常规护理)和PERMA组(采取基于PERMA模式指导下的心理护理),各 49 例.比较 2 组患者的心理状态、自我感受负担及生活质量.结果 干预 8 周后,2 组的心理弹性量表评分和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表评分均较干预前升高,自我感受负担量表评分均较干预前降低(P 均<0.05),且 PERMA 组均优于常规组(P 均<0.05).结论 基于PERMA模式指导下的心理护理能改善行血液透析患者的心理状态,减轻其自我感受负担,并提高其生活质量.
Objective To explore the practice and application of psychological nursing for hemodialysis patients guided by the PERMA model.Methods A total of 98 hemodialysis patients admitted to Zhongda Hospital Southeast University from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a routine group(receiving routine nursing)and a PERMA group(receiving psychological nursing guided by the PERMA model),with 49 patients in each group.The psychological status,self-perceived burden,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the scores of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF Scale in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,while the scores of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Moreover,the PERMA group showed better outcomes than the routine group in all indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing guided by the PERMA model can improve the psychological status of hemodialysis patients,reduce their self-perceived burden,and enhance their quality of life.
