基于Pender健康促进模式的手术室护理在行妇科宫腔镜手术患者中的应用OA
Application of operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery
目的 研究基于Pender健康促进模式的手术室护理在行妇科宫腔镜手术患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2023年1 月至 2024 年 12 月于苏州市立医院山塘院区妇科拟行择期宫腔镜手术的 103 例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组(n=52)及对照组(n=51).干预组在常规护理基础上给予基于Pender健康促进模式的手术室护理,对照组给予常规手术室护理.比较 2 组的自护能力、围手术期健康行为依从性(早期下床活动、有效踝泵运动执行、术后饮食过渡配合度)以及术后并发症情况.结果 干预组在出院时的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且 2 组均高于术前(P均<0.05).干预组患者在术后关键康复行为上的依从率均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05).从入院至出院后 6 个月的随访期间,干预组患者的术后并发症总体发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于Pender健康促进模式的护理可有效改善妇科宫腔镜手术患者的自护能力与康复行为依从性,且在降低并发症方面具有显著效果.
Objective To investigate the application effect of operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 103 patients scheduled for elective hysteroscopic surgery in the Gynecology Department of Suzhou Municipal Hospital Shantang Branch from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an intervention group(n=52)and a control group(n=51)using a random number table.The intervention group received operating room nursing based on Pender's health promotion model in addition to routine nursing,while the control group received routine operating room nursing.The self-care ability,perioperative health behavior compliance(early ambulation,effective ankle pump exercises,and compliance with postoperative diet transition),and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)of the intervention group at discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and both groups showed higher scores than those before surgery(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the intervention group in key rehabilitation behaviors after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up period from admission to 6 months post-discharge,the overall incidence of postoperative complications of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care based on the Pender's health promotion model can effectively improve self-care ability and rehabilitation behavior compliance of patients undergoing gynecological hysteroscopic surgery,and has a significant effect on reducing complications.
