系统康复训练与临床基础护理结合对关节镜下肩袖修补术后疼痛程度的影响OA
Impact of systematic rehabilitation training combined with clinical basic nursing on pain intensity after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair
目的 探讨行关节镜下肩袖修补术患者接受系统康复训练结合临床基础护理对其疼痛程度的影响.方法 选取 2021 年8 月至2023 年12 月在山东第一医科大学第二附属医院行关节镜下肩袖修补术的70 例患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 35 例.对照组实施临床基础护理,观察组采用临床基础护理结合系统康复训练.比较 2 组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分、视觉模拟评分法((VAS)评分以及术后并发症发生情况.结果 干预 1 个月和 3 个月后,观察组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能各项评分均高于对照组,视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05),且 2 组均优于干预前(P 均<0.05).观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 系统康复训练结合临床基础护理能够改善行关节镜下肩袖修补术患者的肩关节功能,减轻其术后疼痛感,降低并发症发生率.
Objective To investigate the impact of systematic rehabilitation training combined with clinical basic nursing on the pain intensity of patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from August 2021 to December 2023 were selected and allocated into a control group and an observation group by the use of a random number table,each comprising 35 patients.The control group received clinical basic nursing,while the observation group received clinical basic nursing combined with systematic rehabilitation training.The Constant-Murley score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the Constant-Murley scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed improvements compared with pre-intervention levels(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic rehabilitation training combined with clinical basic nursing can improve shoulder joint function,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications in patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
