小儿推拿联合靳三针疗法在抽动障碍患儿诊疗及护理中的应用效果OA
Application effect of pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in the diagnosis,treatment,and nursing of children with tic disorders
目的 探讨小儿推拿联合靳三针疗法在抽动障碍(TD)患儿诊疗及护理中的应用效果.方法 选择 2024 年1~12 月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的 90 例TD患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组、对照组,每组 45 例.2 组患儿均接受口服药物治疗,对照组在药物治疗基础上使用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,联合小儿推拿、靳三针疗法,2 组均持续干预 3 个月.比较干预 3 个月后的临床疗效和家属满意度,以及干预前后的耶鲁综合抽动严重程度(YGTSS)评分、儿童生活质量普适性核心评定量表(PedsQL4.0)评分.结果 与对照组比较,观察组干预 3 个月后的总有效率和家属护理总满意率均更高(P均<0.05);干预 2 个月和 3 个月后,观察组的YGTSS评分中抽动严重程度、损害评分及总分均低于对照组,PedsQL4.0 评分均高于对照组(P均<0.05),2 组评分也均优于干预前(P均<0.05).结论 小儿推拿联合靳三针疗法有助于提高TD患儿的护理效果,可缓解患儿症状,改善生活质量.
Objective To explore the application effect of pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in the diagnosis,treatment,and nursing of children with tic disorders(TD).Methods A total of 90 children with TD admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned into an observation group and a control group by the use of a random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received oral medication.The control group received routine nursing on the basis of medication,while the observation group received pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy in addition to the care provided to the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.Clinical efficacy and family satisfaction after 3 months of intervention,as well as the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)score and the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory 4.0(PedsQL4.0)score before and after intervention,were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total effective rate and a higher total family nursing satisfaction rate after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05).After 2 and 3 months of intervention,the YGTSS scores(tic severity,impairment score,and total score)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the PedsQL4.0 scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores in both groups were also better than those before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Pediatric massage combined with Jin's three-needle therapy can help improve the nursing effect of children with TD,alleviate symptoms,and enhance quality of life.
