AIDET沟通模式下的心理护理在尿道下裂患儿中的应用效果OA

Objective To investigate the application effect of mental nursing based on the acknowledge-introduce-duration-explanation-thank you(AIDET)communication model in children with hypospadias.Methods A total of 96 children with hypospadias admitted to Fujian Children's Hospital from October 2025 to February 2026 were selected and assigned to two groups using a random number table,with 48 children in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group received additional mental nursing based on the AIDET communication model.All children were followed up for 1 month.Pain,urinary function,caregivers'negative emotions,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 days postoperatively and at discharge,the intervention group exhibited better performance on pain levels in children and negative emotions in caregivers compared with the control group(P<0.05).At discharge,the intervention group also demonstrated better urinary function than the control group(P<0.05).However,at 1 month postoperatively,no statistically significant difference in urinary function was observed between the two groups(P>0.05).Caregiver satisfaction with nursing was higher in the intervention group than in the control group(P<0.05),while the overall incidence of complications were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The implementation of mental nursing based on the AIDET communication model can significantly optimize postoperative recovery in children with hypospadias by alleviating pain,improving urinary function,interrupting the negative emotion transmission between children and their caregivers,and enhancing caregivers'satisfaction.
