面向eVTOL的内置式永磁同步电机多目标优化设计OA
Multi-objective optimization design of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor for eVTOL
针对电动垂直起降(eVTOL)飞行器对驱动电机低转矩脉动、高可靠性的设计要求,设计了一台内置式永磁同步电机.为提升电机转矩特性,采用田口法设计试验矩阵,构建齿槽转矩响应面代理模型,对定转子冲片结构参数进行多目标优化;并采用V型转子分段斜极抑制谐波、优化转矩脉动.有限元仿真结果表明:优化后齿槽转矩峰峰值由 3.038 N·m降低至 0.084 N·m,转矩脉动由12.2%降低至7.5%,相反电动势总谐波畸变率由4.07%降低至2.12%.本文可为eVTOL驱动电机的工程设计与性能优化提供参考.
To meet the design requirements of electric vertical take-off and landing(eVTOL)aircraft for low torque ripple and high reliability of drive motors,an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)is designed.To enhance torque characteristics,the Taguchi method is employed to design the experimental matrix,and a response surface surrogate model for cogging torque is constructed to perform multi-objective optimization of the stator and rotor lamination parameters.V-shaped rotor step skewing is adopted to suppress harmonics and optimize torque ripple.Finite element simulation results show that the peak-to-peak cogging torque is reduced from 3.038 N·m to 0.084 N·m,torque ripple is reduced from 12.2%to 7.5%,and the total harmonic distortion(THD)of back electromotive force is reduced from 4.07%to 2.12%.This study provides a reference for the engineering design and performance optimization of eVTOL drive motors.
