基于层级仿真的U型钢结构件生产线产能综合优化OA
Comprehensive capacity optimization of U-shaped steel structure production line based on hierarchical simulation
针对U型钢结构件生产线中因工序间加工时长严重失衡而导致的产能不足问题,本文提出基于Plant Simulation的生产线产能优化设计方法.首先,对生产线进行数字化建模,得到完整的仿真模型;随后,基于模型分析确定缓存区的设置位置与最优容量,以及瓶颈工序(电渣焊接、抛丸)的最优工作站数量;针对多参数组合下仿真次数过多的问题,制定了"层级仿真"实验方案,从大范围、低精度开始逐级缩小范围、提高精度,综合确定缓存区容量与工作站数量的最优组合.经验证,该最优配置方案使生产线模拟产能提升38.32%,周产量由3 212 件增至4 443 件.研究结果为同类型生产线的产能优化提供了参考方案.
To address the capacity shortage caused by imbalanced processing times between workstations in a U-shaped steel structure production line,this paper proposes a Plant Simulation-based optimization method.A digital model of the production line is built,and the optimal buffer capacities,along with the optimal number of workstations for bottleneck processes(electroslag welding and shot blasting),are determined based on this model.A"hierarchical simulation"scheme is developed to reduce the number of simulation runs under multi-parameter combinations by progressively narrowing the search range and increasing precision.The resulting optimal configuration increases simulated capacity by 38.32%,raising weekly output from 3 212 to 4 443 units.This work provides a reference for capacity optimization of similar production lines.
