刮板输送机是煤矿井下主要的运输设备,由于受到井下复杂环境的影响,其链条易发生卡链和断链故障.首先分析了造成故障的主要因素,随后综述了国内外学者针对这两种故障开展的仿真研究方法,包括动力学仿真模拟、数学模型求解以及离散元与多体动力学耦合分析等.研究表明,故障发生时链传动系统会出现严重的动态响应,表现为链环接触力、链轮转矩及电机电流等参数的剧烈变化.目前相关研究多集中于仿真层面,实际生产中故障仍严重影响安全与效率.随着智能化技术的发展,多源信息融合技术正逐渐应用于刮板输送机状态监测,未来有望实现对刮板输送机故障的早期预警与智能化控制.

The scraper conveyor is the main transportation equipment in underground coal mines.Due to the complex underground environment,its chain is prone to jamming and breakage faults.This paper first analyzes the main factors causing the faults,and then reviews the simulation research methods adopted by domestic and international scholars for these two types of faults,including dynamic simulation,mathematical model solving,and coupled discrete element-multibody dynamics analysis.Research shows that when a fault occurs,the chain drive system exhibits severe dynamic responses,characterized by sharp fluctuations in parameters such as the contact force of chain links,sprocket torque,and motor current.Current research is largely limited to the simulation level,while in actual production,faults still seriously affect safety and efficiency.With the development of intelligent technologies,multi-source information fusion technology is gradually being applied to the condition monitoring of scraper conveyors.In the future,it is expected to achieve early warning and intelligent control of scraper conveyor faults.
