随着航空航天、国防军工及高端民用制造领域对钛及钛合金需求的持续增长,真空熔炼装备已成为制约钛及钛合金材料质量提升与产业升级的关键基础环节.本文围绕钛及钛合金真空熔炼装备的发展现状与技术演进,结合全球及我国钛产业的应用需求,系统分析了真空自耗电弧熔炼、电子束冷床熔炼和等离子弧冷床熔炼三种主流技术的工艺原理、装备特点及工程应用局限,重点指出在大型铸锭成分偏析控制、合金元素挥发损耗、高真空过程稳定性及能效利用等方面存在的关键技术瓶颈.在此基础上,展望了钛及钛合金真空熔炼装备的未来发展趋势,以期为我国钛工业装备的自主研发与技术升级提供参考.

The titanium industry is accelerating toward high-performance and high-value-added development against the backdrop of growing demand in aerospace,defense,and high-end civilian manufacturing.Vacuum melting equipment has become a key foundational technology that constrains the quality of titanium and titanium alloy materials as well as industrial upgrading.This paper systematically analyzes the development status and technological evolution of vacuum melting equipment for titanium and its alloys,considering global and Chinese titanium industry applications.The work focuses on three mainstream technologies:vacuum arc remelting(VAR),electron beam cold hearth melting(EBCHM),and plasma arc cold hearth melting(PACHM),highlighting their process principles,equipment characteristics,and engineering limitations.Key technical challenges are identified in areas such as composition segregation control in large ingots,alloy element volatilization,process stability under high vacuum,and energy efficiency.Based on this analysis,the paper suggests that future vacuum melting equipment for titanium and titanium alloys will evolve toward flexible and modular processes,intelligent control based on digital twins and artificial intelligence,and green recycling manufacturing aligned with low-carbon objectives,providing a reference for independent development and technological upgrading of titanium industry equipment in China.
