回顾性分析六君子汤联合司美格鲁肽对初诊2型糖尿病肥胖患者脂质蓄积指数的影响OA

Objective:To investigate the effect of combined use of Liujunzi decoction and semaglutide on glucose,blood lipid levels and lipid accumulation index in obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:The clinical data and treatment of 96 obese patients type 2 diabetes mellitus who were initially diagnosed from March 2023 to June 2025 in the hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the of treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.The control group(48 cases)was treated with routine type 2 diabetes lifestyle and dietary management subaneous injection of semaglutide,and the observation group(48 cases)was treated with oral administration of Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control.The blood glucose and blood lipid control effect and lipid accumulation index were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the improvement effects of blood glucose,blood lipid and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the incidences of LAP and adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while BMI was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Liujunzi decoction and semaglutide in treatment of obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can further improve the ability to control blood glucose and blood lipid in patients,and help to reduce fat accumulation in patients which is valuable for application and promotion.
