生物反馈治疗在功能性排便障碍患者中的疗效评估OA

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Biofeedback Therapy in Patients with Functional Defecation Disorders

目的:探究生物反馈治疗在功能性排便障碍患者中的效果.方法:选取 2023 年 1 月—2025 年 7 月娄底市中心医院及广州市花都区人民医院收治的 51 例功能性排便障碍患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(乳果糖治疗,25 例)和观察组(生物反馈治疗,26 例).比较两组临床疗效、便秘情况及生存质量评分.结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,症状自评量表(PAC-SYM)、中文版便秘患者生存质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分低于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:生物反馈疗法对功能性排便障碍具有明显疗效,能有效改善排便异常、粪便形态及腹部不适感,从而提升患者生活质量.

Objective:To investigate the impact of biofeedback therapy on patients with functional defecation disorders.Method:A total of 51 patients diagnosed with functional defecation disorders,who received treatment in Loudi Central Hospital and Huadu District People's Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2023 to July 2025,were enrolled in this study.By means of a random number table,these patients were randomly assigned to two groups:the control group(25 cases)treated with lactulose,and the observation group(26 cases)treated with biofeedback therapy.The clinical effectiveness,constipation scores,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the overall clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was markedly higher compared with the control group.Meanwhile,the scores of the Patient Assessment of Constipation-Symptoms(PAC-SYM)and the Chinese-version Patient Assessment of Constipation-Quality of Life(PAC-QOL)in the observation group decreased significantly,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy exerts significant therapeutic effect on functional defecation disorders.It can effectively improve abnormal defecation patterns,stool form,and abdominal discomfort symptoms,thus promoting the quality of life of patients.
