基于微信小程序的学岗践通平台的设计与实现OA
Design and Implementation of a Learning-Position-Practice Integration Platform Based on WeChat Mini Programs
在职业教育深化改革与产教融合常态化推进的背景下,职业院校人才培养与企业用工需求脱节、学生实践能力薄弱、教师教学内容与行业前沿偏离等问题日益突出.为了构建更高效的校企协同育人模式,搭建职业院校学生、教师与企业三方联动的沟通桥梁,设计并开发一款基于微信小程序的学岗践通信息平台.该平台依托微信小程序轻量化特性,实现三方信息互通、需求精准对接,有效破解产教融合中的行业壁垒,提升职业教育人才培养质量与企业用工效率,为职业教育数字化、信息化改革提供了实用的实践载体,在产教深度融合背景下具有良好的应用前景与推广价值.
Amid vocational education reforms and industry-education integration,challenges such as the mismatch between vocational institutions'talent cultivation and corporate demands,students'insufficient practical skills,and outdated teaching content appear.To build an efficient school-enterprise collaborative education model and a communication bridge,this study designs and develops a"Learning-Position-Practice Integration"information platform on WeChat Mini Programs.Leveraging the lightweight architecture of WeChat Mini Programs,the platform enables tripartite information exchange and precise demand matching,breaking down industry barriers in education.It enhances vocational education quality and corporate recruitment efficiency,offering a practical framework for vocational education's digital transformation.With good application prospects and scalability in deepening industry-education collaboration,this innovation has great potential for wider adoption.
