当前,骑行服设计面临着标准化版型与个体体型差异之间的矛盾,传统基于静态测量的平面剪裁方式难以适应骑行运动中人体复杂的动态变化,导致运动受限、局部压迫或风阻增加等问题.本文基于人体工学原理,分析骑行姿态下的骨骼变化、肌肉律动及体表皮肤形变规律,提出针对性的版型优化策略.研究从人体运动生物力学出发,探讨骑行服在结构分割、省道转移及功能分区上的改良方法,以实现服装与人体动作的精准匹配,提升骑行运动的舒适性与竞技表现.

Current cycling suit design faces the contradiction between standardized patterns and individual body shape differences.Traditional flat cutting methods based on static measurements struggle to adapt to the complex dynamic changes of the human body during cycling,leading to issues such as restricted movement,localized compression,or increased wind resistance.Based on ergonomic principles,this study analyzes skeletal changes,muscle movements,and skin deformation patterns under cycling postures,proposing targeted pattern optimization strategies.Starting from human motion biomechanics,the research explores improvements in structural segmentation,dart transfer,and functional zoning of cycling suits to achieve precise alignment between the garment and body movements,enhancing comfort and competitive performance in cycling.
