抑郁症患者家庭照顾者连带病耻感现状及影响因素分析OA

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of affiliate stigma among family caregivers of depression patients.Methods By using the convenience sampling method,the family caregivers of depression patients in the outpatient and inpatient departments of psychiatry in the Third Hospital of Shijiazhuang from August to December 2024 were selected as survey subjects.Data collection involved general information questionnaires,affiliate stigma scale,Chinese resourcefulness scale,Chinese perceived stress scale,and self-rating depression scale.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to investigate factors influencing the affiliate stigma among family caregivers of depression patients.Results The score for affiliate stigma among family caregivers of depression patients was(45.23±11.45)points,indicating a intermediate level.Affiliate stigma showed a negative correlation with resourcefulness(r=-0.463,P<0.001)and a positive correlation with perceived stress and depression severity(r=0.300 and 0.405,both P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression indicated that age,educational attainment,age of patient being cared for,presence of suicidal or self-harming behaviors in patient,resourcefulness level,and depression severity were factors influencing the affiliate stigma among family caregivers of depression patients(P<0.05),explaining 37.0%of the variance.Conclusion Family caregivers of depression patients exhibit intermediate level of affiliate stigma.In the future,intervention measures can be formulated in combination with relevant factors to alleviate the stigma of caregivers.
