基于文献计量学的国内外医学人文研究热点演变趋势分析OA

Objective To explore the research hotspots and evolutionary trends in medical humanities in China and abroad from 2015 to 2025,and to provide a reference for the development of medical humanities and educational reform in China.Methods Literatures on medical humanities published from January 1,2015 to December 31,2025 were retrieved from CNKI and core collection of Web of Science.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to conduct key words co-occurrence,clustering,timeline,and burst analyses.Author co-citation and journal distribution were also examined to reveal the network structure and thematic evolution of medical humanities research in China and abroad.Results Domestic research showed a more clustered pattern in terms of author collaboration,whereas international research was more dispersed and largely individually driven.In China,research formed a policy-driven structure centered on"curriculum-based ideological and political education","doctor-patient relationship"and"humanistic spirit",with a focus on constructing medical humanities education systems.International research,by contrast,showed stronger problem-oriented and practice-embedded features in topics such as"ethics","humanitarian assistance",and"medical errors",with a more pronounced interdisciplinary orientation.Conclusion Although Chinese and international medical humanities research share common core concerns,there are still differences in research orientation and structural patterns.Future domestic research should strengthen institutional integration,problem-oriented inquiry,and interdisciplinary collaboration,enhance the connection between humanities education and medical practice,and promote the construction of a medical humanities knowledge system with local characteristics and international dialogue capacity.
