Establishment of a Metrology Device for Spatial Light and Color Parameters of Mini-LED Displays
Mini-LED 显示屏作为新型高分辨显示技术,其空间光色参数的准确计量是保障产品性能、推动产业标准化的核心需求之一.针对 Mini-LED 显示屏光色测量装置空间测试能力不足的问题,中国计量科学研究院研制了一套专用的 Mini-LED 显示屏空间光色参数计量测试装置.该装置基于多维位移平台和光谱辐射亮度计,实现了对显示屏空间亮度及色度分布的高分辨采样,同时配套开发了集成移动控制和数据同步采集的软件系统,显著提升了测试与数据处理的效率,并可依据不同标准生成测量结果.该装置亮度测量扩展不确定度为 Urel=2.4%(k=2),色品坐标测量扩展不确定度0.0024(k=2),能满足 Mini-LED 显示屏空间光色参数的计量要求,将为 Mini-LED 产业质量控制、标准制定及技术研发提供有力的计量测试支撑.
As a new high-resolution display technology,the accurate measurement of spatial light and color parameters of Mini-LED displays is one of the core requirements for ensuring product performance and driving industry standardization.To address the limitations of existing photometric equipment in production-line testing capabilities,this study develops a dedicated measurement system for spatial light color parameters of Mini-LED displays.Based on a multi-dimensional displacement stage and a spectroradiometer,this device achieves high-resolution sampling of the spatial luminance and chromaticity distribution of the display screen.Simultaneously,a software system integrating motion control and synchronous data acquisition was developed as a supporting component,which significantly improves the efficiency of testing and data processing,and can generate measurement results in accordance with different standards.The relative expanded uncertainty of the luminance measurement for this device is Urel=2.4%(k=2),and the expanded uncertainty of the chromaticity coordinates measurement is 0.0024(k=2).It can meet the metrology requirements for the spatial light and color parameters of Mini-LED displays,and will provide robust metrology testing support for quality control,standard formulation,and technological research and development in the Mini-LED industry.
