空气源高温热泵耦合增压系统性能研究与应用OA
Performance Investigation and Application of Air-Source High-Temperature Heat Pump Coupled with Steam Compression System
针对缺乏可回收余热的工业高温供热需求,本文开发了一种空气源高温热泵耦合水蒸气压缩机系统,用于替代传统燃料锅炉.系统采用 R410A/R245fa 复叠循环从空气中提取低品位热能,并经水蒸气压缩机输出 150℃高温蒸汽.仿真与测试结果表明:当环境温度为 20℃、输出蒸汽温度为 125℃时,空气源高温热泵系统制热量为 121.5 kW,性能系数(COP)为 1.71;水蒸气压缩机系统在吸气 115℃工况下可稳定供应 1.65 t/h、145℃蒸汽,仿真与实测偏差均小于 5%.工程示范表明:系统在 30℃环境下可稳定输出 150℃蒸汽,COP为 1.65,年节约运行成本约为 264.9万元,投资回收期为 1.79 年,具有显著经济性和应用潜力.
To address the industrial demand for high-temperature heat without recoverable waste heat,an air-source high-temperature heat pump coupled with a steam compression system as a replacement for conventional fuel-fired boilers is developed in this study.The system employs an R410A/R245fa cascade cycle to extract low-grade heat from ambient air and delivers high-temperature steam at 150 ℃ via a steam compressor.Simulation and experimental results indicate that,under an ambient temperature of 20 ℃ and a steam output of 125 ℃,the air-source high-temperature heat pump delivers a heating capacity of 121.5 kW with a coefficient of performance(COP)of 1.71,while the steam compressor provides stable steam at 145 ℃ and 1.65 t/h under an intake temperature of 115 ℃,with deviations between simulation and measurements within 5%.Pilot demonstration shows that the system can stably produce 150 ℃ steam at 30 ℃ ambient temperature,achieving a COP of 1.65,an annual operating cost saving of approximately 2 649 000 yuan,and a payback period of 1.79 years,demonstrating notable economic benefits and application potential.
