温湿度独立可控的二管制空调器开发OA

Development of Two-Pipe Typed Air-Conditioners with Independent Control of Temperature and Humidity

为避免现有二管制空调器在除湿时必然降温的问题,需要开发温湿度独立可控的二管制空调器.本文通过将二管制空调器的室内机换热器划分为 2 个部分,用于分别充当蒸发器对空气除湿和充当冷凝器对空气加热;并增加一套单向阀组,用于控制除湿方式,从而实现当环境温度较高时,切换至制冷模式进行降温除湿,以及实现当环境温度较低时切换为制热模式进行升温除湿.结果表明:在南方地区夏季、梅雨季节和回南天场景下,满足室内目标温度 25℃和目标相对湿度 50%要求的室内机 2 部分换热器的最佳面积比为 1.0;在满足相同的室内温湿度控制的前提下,本方案对夏季场景的除湿量比三管制空调器高16.6%,对梅雨季节场景和回南天场景的除湿量与三管制空调器相当.

In order to avoid the decrease of air temperature during dehumidification in the existing two-pipe typed air-conditioner,a new two-pipe typed air-conditioner with independent control of air temperature and humidity needs to be developed.In this new two-pipe typed air-conditioner,the indoor heat exchanger is separated into two parts,i.e.,a part of evaporator heat exchanger used for dehumidification and another part of condenser heat exchanger used for heating air.A one-way valve control system is added to control the dehumidification,thus the cooling mode is switched for dehumidification with decreased temperature when the environmental temperature is high,and the heating mode is switched for dehumidification with increased temperature when the environmental temperature is low.The results show that,the optimal area ratio for meeting the target indoor temperature of 25℃and target indoor relative humidity of 50%is 1.0 in the scenarios of summer season,plum rain season and humid season in south China.Under the premise of meeting the same indoor temperature and humidity control,the dehumidification capacity of the new two-pipe typed air-conditioner is 16.6%larger than that of the existing three-pipe typed air-conditioner for the scenario of summer season,and are almost the same with those of the existing three-pipe typed air-conditioner both for the scenario of plum rain season and the scenario of humid season.
