为解决单一喷雾式蒸发冷却技术效率偏低、介质垫蒸发冷却技术耗水过大的应用瓶颈,本文通过实验的方法研究一种新型喷雾与介质垫耦合蒸发冷却系统(SMEC),分析了其蒸发冷却性能和节水性能.结果表明:当环境温度为 35℃、相对湿度为 60%时,该系统冷却效率达到 67.9%,较单一喷雾及介质垫冷却系统分别提升 7.4%、10.9%,耗水量分别降低 16.7%、78.5%.参数敏感性分析显示:进口空气相对湿度与风速升高会削弱冷却性能,而增大喷雾流量可提升冷却性能;水分利用率随相对湿度与喷雾流量增大而降低,随风速增大而升高.

Spray cooling and media pad cooling technologies are limited application by low cooling efficiency and high-water consumption,respectively.To address these issues,a spray-media pad coupled with an evaporative cooling system(SMEC)is designed and investigated,with a focus on its cooling and water conservation performance.Experimental results show that under the working condition of 35℃and 60%relative humidity,the cooling efficiency of the SMEC reaches 67.9%,which is 7.4%and 10.9%higher than that of the single spray system and single media pad system,respectively,while the water consumption is reduced by 16.7%and 78.5%,respectively.Parameter analysis indicates that the cooling performance is weakened with the increase of inlet air relative humidity and velocity but improved by increasing the spray flow rate.Water utilization efficiency decreases with the increase of relative humidity and spray flow rate,while increases with the rise of air velocity.
