热泵干衣机气动噪声特性研究与预测关联式开发OA
Research and Predictive Correlation of Aerodynamic Noise Characteristics of Heat Pump Dryer
为开发气动噪声关联式,实现热泵干衣机噪声快速预测,本文设计搭建了干衣机风量和气动噪声测量装置,测量了装有不同结构风机的干衣机的风量和气动噪声,并明确了风量和气动噪声的变化规律,拟合得到了气动噪声的关联式.结果表明:影响风量的关键因素是叶轮外径、叶片入口角及蜗舌半径;影响气动噪声的最主要因素是叶轮外径、蜗舌间隙、叶片出口角.建立的噪声关联式中,风量预测值与实验值之间的偏差在±15%以内,噪声预测值与实验值之间的偏差在±2%以内,表明该关联式较好地反映了上述样本的测量结果.最后采用 3 组新参数结构样本检验了噪声关联式准确性,噪声关联式的预测偏差不超过1 dB.
To develop a correlation formula for aerodynamic noise and achieve rapid noise prediction for heat pump dryers,a test setup for measuring air volume and aerodynamic noise of dryers is designed and built in this study.Dryers equipped with different fan structures are tested for air volume and aerodynamic noise.The variation patterns of air volume and aerodynamic noise are clarified,and a correlation formula for aerodynamic noise is fitted.The research results show that the key factors affecting air volume are the impeller outer diameter,blade inlet angle,and volute tongue radius,while the primary factors influencing aerodynamic noise are the impeller outer diameter,volute tongue clearance,and blade outlet angle.In the above new noise correlation,the deviation between the predicted and experimental values of air volume is within±15%,and the deviation between the predicted value of noise and the experimental ones is within±2%,indicating that the correlation better reflects the test results of the above samples.Furthermore,three sets of new structural parameter samples are used to test the accuracy of the noise correlation.The results show that the deviation of aerodynamic noise is no more than 1 dB.
