科学与技术结构图谱视角下的国际科技创新中心比较研究OACHSSCD
A Comparative Study of International Science and Technology Innovation Hubs from the Perspective of Science and Technology Structure Mapping
[目的/意义]国际科技创新中心是全球创新网络中的重要枢纽和节点.本文旨在通过对比国内外国际科技创新中心的科学结构、技术结构和创新发展模式,结合国内建设的具体情况指出未来发展方向,为中国国际科技创新中心的实际建设提供决策建议.[方法/过程]本文以基本科学指标数据库与美欧两方同族专利为信息源,通过深度学习模型构建科学结构图谱与技术结构图谱,对比国际科技创新中心的热点研究领域与技术布局侧重,揭示中国国际科技创新中心的竞争优势与发展短板.[结果/结论]研究发现:①基于科学研究视角,国外国际科技创新中心重视人工智能、物理学、生物医学、地球科学领域,而国内重视人工智能、物理学、化学与材料科学、环境与能源领域;②基于技术创新视角,东京在全领域均有覆盖,加州、北京和深圳侧重数字通信与人工智能技术,纽约、伦敦、巴黎和上海的技术布局更加多元;③基于创新模式视角,加州和巴黎是协同发展型科技创新中心,纽约、伦敦、北京和上海是知识驱动型科技创新中心,东京和深圳是技术驱动型科技创新中心.本文建议中国通过加强基础研究能力、培育具有全球竞争力的科技领军企业、推动多元主体协同创新等措施,建设国际科技创新中心.
[Purpose/Significance]International science and technology innovation hubs serve as crucial hubs and nodes within the global innovation network.By comparing the scientific structures,technological structure,and innovation-driven development modes of international science and technology innovation hubs at home and abroad,and integrating the specific context of domestic development,this study identifies future development directions and provides policy recommendations for the practical construction of China's inter-national science and technology innovation hubs.[Method/Process]Using the Essential Science Indicators database and patent families from the U.S.and Europe as data sources,this study applies deep learning models to construct scientific structure mapping and technological architecture maps.Through a comparative analysis of research hotspots and technological specialization patterns across international sci-tech innovation hubs,the study uncovers China's competitive advantages and developmental weaknesses.[Result/Conclusion]The study reveals three key findings:① From the perspective of scientific research,foreign sci-tech innovation hubs prioritize artificial intelligence,physics,biomedicine,and earth sciences,whereas Chinese hubs empha-size artificial intelligence,physics,chemistry,materials science,environmental and energy sciences;② From the perspective of technological innovation,Tokyo manifests comprehensive coverage across all technological domains,while California,Beijing,and Shenzhen demonstrate strategic concentration in digital communication and artificial intelligence technologies.Comparatively,New York,London,Paris,and Shanghai exhibit diversi-fied technological portfolios characterized by interdisciplinary integration and multi-sectoral synergy;③ From the perspective of innovation models,California and Paris are synergistic development-oriented science and technology innovation hubs.New York,London,Beijing,and Shanghai are knowledge-driven science and tech-nology innovation hubs.Tokyo and Shenzhen are technology-driven science and technology innovation hubs.This study proposes that China can build an international science and technology innovation hub by strengthen-ing fundamental research capabilities,fostering globally competitive leading science and technology enterpris-es,and technology innovation enterprises,and promoting collaborative innovation among multiple entities.
