两系杂交稻组合芽期和苗期耐盐性鉴定及其产量协同分析OA
Salt Tolerance of Two-Line Hybrid Rice Combinations at Germination and Seedling Stages and Its Coordination with Yields
以 54 份耐盐性不同的两系杂交稻为供试材料,在芽期和苗期分别设置不同盐浓度处理,测定发芽势、发芽率、芽长、根长、根数、芽鲜重和整株鲜重等指标,并以各指标盐害率的均值作为耐盐性评价依据.结果显示,盐浓度升高对种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用显著增强;各性状的盐害率在不同盐浓度下均呈现相似的变化趋势.盐胁迫处理共筛选出 5 个耐盐组合,分别为爽两优 521、爽两优 1143、爽两优 182、爽两优 138 和爽两优 132.爽两优 521、爽两优 182、爽两优 138 与爽两优 132 在非盐碱地种植,表现出较高的单株产量,显示出耐盐性与高产的良好协同性.在所有供试材料中,爽两优 521的耐盐性表现最优,其苗期盐害率均值在所有材料中最低(22.80%);在多指标评价体系中,该组合 0.8%NaCl处理下的整株鲜重盐害率及 1.2%NaCl处理下的苗期盐害率达到极强耐盐水平,盐害率分别为 2.29%、20.00%,0.8%NaCl处理下的芽鲜重盐害率,1.0%NaCl处理下的整株鲜重盐害率、根数盐害率和芽鲜重盐害率达到强耐盐水平,盐害率分别为 25.10%、27.73%、31.30%和 38.89%,1.0%NaCl处理下根长、芽长盐害率表现为中等耐盐,盐害率分别为 52.76%、58.19%;同时,该组合的单株产量位列全部参试组合第 2 位(49.84 g).该研究为爽两优系列杂交稻组合在非盐碱地与盐碱地的推广布局提供了参考.
In this study,54 two-line hybrid rice varieties with varying degrees of salt tolerance were used as experimental materials.Rice plants were treated with salt at different concentrations during the germination and seedling stages,and indicators including the germination potential,germination rate,shoot length,root length,root number,shoot fresh weight,and whole-plant fresh weight were measured.The mean value of the salt injury rate for each indicator was used as the basis for evaluating salt tolerance.The results showed that with the increase of salt concentrations,the inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth were significantly enhanced.The salt injury rates of various traits exhibited similar trends across different salt concentrations.Through salt stress treatment and analysis,five salt-tolerant combinations,namely Shuangliangyou 521,Shuangliangyou 1143,Shuangliangyou 182,Shuangliangyou 138,and Shuangliangyou 132 were screened out.Notably,Shuangliangyou 521,Shuangliangyou 182,Shuangliangyou 138,and Shuangliangyou 132 demonstrated higher per-plant yields in non-saline-alkali fields,revealing a favorable synergy between salt tolerance and high yield.Among all the tested combinations,Shuangliangyou 521 exhibited the best salt tolerance,with the lowest mean salt injury rate(22.80%)at the seedling stage.The results of multi-index evaluation showed that this combination demonstrated extremely strong salt tolerance regarding the salt injury rate of whole-plant fresh weight under 0.8%NaCl treatment and the salt injury rate at the seedling stage under 1.2%NaCl treatment,which were 2.29%and 20.00%,respectively.It exhibited strong salt tolerance based on the salt injury rates of shoot fresh weight under 0.8%NaCl treatment and whole-plant fresh weight,root number,and shoot fresh weight under 1.0%NaCl treatment,which were 25.10%,27.73%,31.30%,and 38.89%,respectively.The salt injury rates of root length and shoot length under 1.0%NaCl treatment at 52.76%and 58.19%,respectively,indicated moderate salt tolerance.Meanwhile,the yield per plant(49.84 g)of this combination ranked second among all tested combinations.This study provides reference for the promotion and layout of hybrid rice combinations of Shuangliangyou series in both non-saline-alkali and saline-alkali fields.
