水稻恢复系信丰9328的功能基因分析及应用OA
Functional Gene Analysis and Application of Rice Restorer Line Xinfeng 9328
信丰 9328 是信阳市农业科学院自主选育的水稻优良恢复系,具有穗大粒多、配合力高等特点,已配组出国家审定和省级审定组合各 2 个.为探究其分子基础,通过基因芯片技术对信丰 9328 进行功能基因鉴定分析.结果表明,信丰 9328聚合了多种优良基因,包括产量性状(PTB1、Gn1a/OsCKX2 等)、抽穗期(Hd17/Hd3b、HESO1/OsHESO1 等)、株型(D2/CYP90D2/SMG11、TAC1 等)、食味品质(Wxb)、育性(Rf3、DPL2 等)、生物胁迫(Bph3、Xa26/Xa3 等)、非生物胁迫(BET1、bZIP73 等)及其他(BOC1、NRT1.1B等)相关基因.基于基因芯片的分析结果在分子水平上证实了恢复系信丰 9328 作为优良杂交育种材料的育种价值,可为水稻种质资源创新提供分子遗传学依据,也为杂交稻分子设计育种实践提供指导.
Xinfeng 9328,featuring large panicles with abundant grains and high combining ability,is an excellent restorer line of rice independently bred by Xinyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Among the combinations bred from Xinfeng 9328,2 combinations have been approved by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee,and 2 combinations have been approved by provincial crop variety appraisal committees.To explore the molecular basis of Xinfeng 9328,this study identified and analyzed its functional genes through gene chip technology.The results showed that Xinfeng 9328 pyramided a variety of excellent genes including yield-related genes(PTB1,Gn1a/OsCKX2,etc.),heading stage-related genes(Hd17/Hd3b,HESO1/OsHESO1,etc.),plant type-related genes(D2/CYP90D2/SMG11,TAC1,etc.),eating quality-related genes(Wxb),fertility-related genes(Rf3,DPL2,etc.),biotic stress-related genes(Bph3,Xa26/Xa3,etc.),abiotic stress-related genes(BET1,bZIP73,etc.),and other related genes(BOC1,NRT1.1B,etc.).The gene chip analysis results confirmed the breeding value of the restorer line Xinfeng 9328 as an excellent hybrid breeding material at the molecular level.This not only provides a molecular genetic basis for the innovation of rice germplasm resources but also offers guidance for the practice of molecular design breeding of hybrid rice.
