水稻直穗病发病机理及防控途径研究进展OA
Research Progress in the Pathogenesis and Prevention and Control Approaches of Rice Straighthead Disease
水稻直穗病是在"旱改水"稻田中发生的生理性病害,常导致水稻减产.研究发现,直穗病发病原因为土壤中二甲基砷酸[DMA(Ⅴ)]超标,进而使水稻植株的花器官和根系发育受阻.为降低水稻直穗病造成的损失,水稻种植过程中可通过选育抗直穗病水稻品种、加强田间土壤环境管理、施用不同类型肥料等途径进行防治.在品种选育方面,可通过选育抗直穗病品种,提高水稻对直穗病的抗性;在田间土壤环境管理方面,可通过加强田间水分和栽培方式管理、适当降低土壤有机质含量来减轻水稻直穗病损失;在肥料施用方面,可通过施用硅肥、铁肥、磷肥和硫肥降低籽粒中的二甲基砷酸积累,从而减轻直穗病危害.该文通过梳理水稻直穗病发病机制及主要防控途径,以期为扩大水稻种植面积、保障粮食安全做出贡献.
Rice straighthead disease is a physiological disease that occurs in paddy fields transformed from drylands,often leading to rice yield reduction.Studies have shown that the cause of rice straighthead disease is that the content of dimethylarsinic acid[DMA(V)]in the soil exceeds the standard,which further hinders the development of floral organs and roots of rice plants.To reduce the loss caused by rice straighthead disease,some prevention and control approaches could be adopted in rice planting.These approaches include breeding rice varieties resistant to straighthead disease,strengthening the management of field soil environment,and applying different types of fertilizers.In terms of variety breeding,the resistance of rice to straighthead disease could be improved through breeding rice varieties resistant to this disease.In terms of field soil environment management,the loss caused by rice straighthead disease could be reduced through strengthening field water and cultivation method management and appropriately reducing soil organic matter content.In terms of fertilizer application,the accumulation of DMA(Ⅴ)in grains could be reduced through applying silicon fertilizer,iron fertilizer,phosphorus fertilizer,and sulfur fertilizer,thereby reducing the harm of rice straighthead disease.This paper summarizes the pathogenesis and main prevention and control approaches of rice straighthead disease,aiming to contribute to expanding the planting area of rice and ensuring food security.
