基于"调阳健脑"理论探讨针刺防治黄褐斑思路及验案举隅OA

Chloasma is a cosmetically disfiguring condition with a complex pathogenesis.Professor HUI Jianrong believes that its essential pathology lies in Yang deficiency,with disharmony between form and Shen constituting a key pathological factor in both diagnosis and treatment.Through long-term clinical exploration,Professor HUI proposed the theory of regulating Yang and strengthening Brain and developed a corresponding acupuncture method.This approach combines local surrounding needling directly targeting facial lesions to promote the restoration of form with systemic regulation of Zhang-Fu,Qi and blood to stabilize Shen,thereby achieving coordinated regulation of form and Shen.Such treatment contributes to the lightening of pigmentation and improvement of facial appearance.
