针刺调控铁死亡干预帕金森病的研究进展OA

Research Progress on Acupuncture Intervention in PD via Regulation of Ferroptosis

铁死亡是帕金森(PD)的发病机制之一,在PD的发生和发展过程中起着关键作用.其病理过程涉及铁代谢失衡、氧化应激以及线粒体功能障碍,同时可加重α-突触核蛋白的病理性聚集,与神经炎症相互作用,进一步加剧PD的病理进程.近年来研究表明,针刺可以通过调节铁代谢、减轻氧化应激、促进线粒体修复、改善神经炎症并调节铁死亡相关信号通路,从而调控铁死亡,保护多巴胺能神经元,达到防治PD的作用.故本研究对国内外文献进行综述,从铁死亡方面分析针刺干预PD的作用及机制,以期为今后的临床与实验研究提供理论支持.

Ferroptosis is one of the pathogenic mechanisms underlying Parkinson's disease(PD)and plays a critical role in its onset and progression.Its pathological process involves disordered iron metabolism,oxidative stress,and mitochondrial dysfunction.In addition,ferroptosis may exacerbate the pathological aggregation ofα-synuclein and interact with neuroinflammation,thereby further aggravating the pathological progression of PD.Recent studies have shown that acupuncture may regulate ferroptosis by modulating iron metabolism,alleviating oxidative stress,promoting mitochondrial repair,improving neuroinflammation,and regulating ferroptosis-related signaling pathways,thereby protecting dopaminergic neurons and contributing to the prevention and treatment of PD.Therefore,this study reviews the relevant domestic and international literature and analyzes the effects and mechanisms of acupuncture intervention in PD from the perspective of ferroptosis,with the aim of providing references for future clinical and experimental research.
