基于《黄帝内经》重阳思想探讨"颈部七线法"针刺治疗偏头痛的思路OA

This study explores the pathogenesis of migraine and the therapeutic rationale of the neck seven-line method for migraine based on the Chongyang concept in Huangdi Neijing.It proposes that dysregulation of Yang-Qi is the core pathogenesis of migraine,and that deficiency of Yang-Qi,stagnation of Yang-Qi,and hyperactivity or upward rebellion of Yang-Qi may all contribute to its development.Guided by the Chongyang concept,the neck seven-lines method selects seven acupoint lines in the cervical region,including Du meridian at the nape,bilateral Foot Shaoyang meridians,cervical Jiaji lines,first lateral line of Foot Taiyang Bladder meridian,and Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder meridian.Through stimulation of these seven lines,the method aims to warm Yang and regulate Qi to relieve pain,activate Yang and regulate sinews to alleviate pain,and pacify Liver and subdue hyperactive Yang to reduce pain.This approach differs from conventional acupoint selection strategies and is expected to provide a novel perspective for the clinical acupuncture treatment of migraine.
