从气、脉与筋辨证探讨针刺解结的刺法及针具选用OA

Based on classical medical literature,this study systematically explores the theory and clinical practice of knot-resolving acupuncture.The original meaning of'Jie'(knot)refers to a lump formed by knotted cords,and in TCM,the concept is widely used to describe pathogenesis,disease patterns,and related pathological states.Knot-resolving is both a therapeutic principle in acupuncture and a specific treatment approach.This study systematically elucidates the pathogenesis of knot disorders from three dimensions of Qi knot,vessel knot and sinew knot.Qi knot reflects functional dysregulation,vessel knot indicates obstruction of pathways,and sinew knot represents structural abnormalities.These three aspects interact with one another and form a pathological vicious cycle.Correspondingly,it proposes knot-resolving needling methods,including Qi-regulating techniques,blood-letting techniques,and sinew-targeting needling techniques,together with their corresponding acupuncture instruments,such as the filiform needle,three-edged needle,and acupotomy.Under the guidance of a three-dimensional syndrome differentiation framework based on Qi,vessels,and sinews,the study constructs a systematic approach to knot-resolving acupuncture,which breaks through the limitations of traditional single-dimensional treatment strategies and establishes a diagnostic and therapeutic model of identifying knots-determining treatment principles-selecting instruments.This framework has important guiding significance for the clinical treatment of difficult and complex disorders related to knot pathology.
