48个枇杷品种果实品质的因子分析与综合评价OA

以贵州枇杷资源圃收集保护的48个枇杷品种为材料,对其果实的果柄长度、果柄粗度、萼片长度、萼片宽度、萼孔深度、萼孔宽度、果皮厚度、果肉厚度、种子数、种子瘪粒数、单果重、果形指数、可食率等外在品质和可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、总糖、维生素C(Vc)含量、糖酸比和固酸比等内在品质进行分析,研究果实主要性状之间的相关性,并进行品种综合评价.结果表明,果柄长度、萼孔深度与单果重显著正相关;果柄粗度与果形指数显著正相关;萼片长度与萼片宽度极显著正相关,两者与单果重均显著正相关;萼片深度与果肉厚度、单果重显著正相关,与果形指数极显著正相关;萼片宽度与果形指数显著负相关;果肉厚度、单果重、可食率三者极显著正相关;种子数与种子瘪粒数极显著正相关.可溶性固形物与总糖、Vc含量、固酸比极显著正相关,与可滴定酸显著负相关;总糖与Vc含量、糖酸比极显著正相关,与固酸比显著正相关;Vc含量与糖酸比、固酸比显著正相关.可将枇杷果实外在品质的13个主要性状指标优化为单果重、种子数、果形指数和萼孔深度等4个指标,可将枇杷果实内在品质的6个主要性状指标优化为固酸比、总糖含量、可滴定酸、Vc含量等4个指标,直接对枇杷果实品质进行评价.外在品质综合评价得分前10位的品种依次为'黄金块''嘉兴白''早钟6号''96-1-21''大齿''黄岩5号''霸红''新钟2号''黔星''解放钟';内在品质评价得分前10位的品种依次为'早红3号''软条白沙''香甜''新钟5号''新白10号''黔星''贵蜜''贵妃''森尾早生''黔早1号'.五是结合内外品质二维排序图与加权得分综合分析,供试48个品种中,品质表现前10位的品种依次为'黔星''新钟5号''早红3号''软条白沙''香甜''96-1-21''森尾早生''新钟2号''贵妃''大齿'.

Using 48 Eriobotrya japonica varieties collected and protected in the Guizhou Pear Resource Site,the external quality characteristics such as the length of the fruit stalk,the thickness of the fruit stalk,the length of the sepals,the width of the sepals,the depth of the sepal opening,the width of the sepal opening,the thickness of the fruit skin,the thickness of the fruit flesh,the number of seeds,the number of shriveled seeds,the weight of a single fruit,the fruit shape index,the edible rate,etc..as well as the internal quality characteristics such as the content of soluble solids,titratable acid,total sugar,vitamin C(Vc),sugar-acid ratio and acid-sugar ratio were analyzed.The correla-tions among the main traits of the fruits were studied and a comprehensive evaluation of the varieties was conducted.The results showed that the length of the fruit stalk and the depth of the sepal opening were significantly positively correlated with the weight of a single fruit.The thickness of the fruit stalk was significantly positively correlated with the fruit shape index,the length of the sepals was ex-tremely significantly positively correlated with the width of the sepals and both were significantly pos-itively correlated with the weight of a single fruit.The depth of the sepal opening was significantly positively correlated with the thickness of the fruit flesh and the weight of a single fruit,and was ex-tremely significantly positively correlated with the fruit shape index.The width of the sepals was sig-nificantly negatively correlated with the fruit shape index,the thickness of the fruit flesh,the weight of a single fruit and the edible rate were extremely significantly positively correlated.The number of seeds was extremely significantly positively correlated with the number of shriveled seeds.The soluble solids were extremely significantly positively correlated with the total sugar,Vc content,sugar-acid ratio and titratable acid and negatively correlated with the titratable acid.The total sugar was ex-tremely significantly positively correlated with the Vc content,sugar-acid ratio and sugar-acid ratio.Vc content was extremely significantly positively correlated with the sugar-acid ratio and acid-sugar ratio.The soluble solids were extremely significantly positively correlated with the total sugar con-tent,titratable acid and sugar-acid ratio,and negatively correlated with the titratable acid.The total sugar was extremely significantly positively correlated with the Vc content,sugar-acid ratio and acid-sugar ratio.Vc content was extremely significantly positively correlated with the sugar-acid ratio and acid-sugar ratio.The 13 main trait indicators of the external quality of the Eriobotrya japonica fruits were optimized into 4 indicators:the weight of a single fruit,the number of seeds,the fruit shape in-dex and the depth of the sepal opening.The 6 main trait indicators of the internal quality of the pear fruits were optimized into 4 indicators:the sugar-acid ratio,total sugar content,titratable acid and Vc content.The external quality comprehensive evaluation scores of the top 10 varieties were'Huangjinkuai','Jiaxingbai','Zaozhong No.6','96-1-21','Dachi','Huangyan No.5','Bahong','Xinzhong No.2','Qianxing'and'Jiefangzhong';the internal quality evaluation scores of the top 10 vari-eties were'Zaozhong No.3','Ruantiaobaisha','Xiangtian','Xinzhong No.5','Xinbai No.10','Qianxing','Guimi','Guifei','Senweizaosheng'and'Qianzao No.1'.The five-dimensional sorting graph and weighted score comprehensive analysis showed that among the 48 tested varieties,the top 10 in terms of quality performance were'Qianxing','Xinzhong No.5','Zaohong No.3','Ruantiaobaisha','Xiangtian','96-1-21','Senweizaosheng','Xinzhong No.2','Guifei'and'Dachi'.
